Hishikawa Corporation has established an integrated manufacturing system that manages the entire process in-house, from aluminum alloy and cast iron casting to precision machining, heat treatment, and final quality assurance. By combining high-quality cast materials with high-precision machining capabilities, we meet the demanding requirements of industrial machinery and molding machine components, where strict dimensional accuracy and consistent quality are essential.

From small castings weighing a few kilograms to large castings weighing up to 10 metric tons, and all the way through to precision-machined finished products, we provide casting solutions tailored to our customers’ diverse needs.
Track Record in Specific Fields
We handle the entire production process—from raw material procurement to final precision machining—for all mechanical components related to the “injection units” and “clamping units” of electric vehicle (EV) parts, vacuum pumps, robot parts, machine link parts, injection molding machines, and die-casting machines.

Our business focuses specifically on casting, precision machining, and component sourcing and sales, providing reliable manufacturing and procurement solutions tailored to our customers’ requirements. PCBA subcontracting and related services are not included in this business scope.
